When I met Dolly she was being fostered at a home that barely had a yard for her to run. She is overall much happier and well behaved when she has the room to run her extra energy off. She's been mistreated but still has such a golden heart that she just wants a person to love. We believe she's about 2 and gets along with most dogs. She is potty trained and has been spayed.
My son and I were sitting outside one evening when Arizona went running across the yard to our travel trailer, I saw something move and asked if it was a bunny, but nope it was a puppy! We took her in and asked around to make sure no one was missing her. When I took her to the vet they thought she was about 3 months old. She really likes to dig big/deep holes but has been a sweet addition to our family everyday since.
My best friend had a beautiful Golden retriever named Comet, who had been attacked by coyotes and passed away. What no one knew at the time was that Comet had gotten their neighbors Golden Labrador pregnant. There were 8 puppies in the litter and I picked out my Gideon. He started going to work with me everyday because at the time I was in an office and there was no one at home all day everyday to take care of him. He became my velcro dog! He really doesn’t like it if he and I are more than 4 feet apart. He is the most inclusive dog I have ever come across. When a new dog is brought to our house he is the welcoming committee and helps them ease into the pack. He plays gently with puppies and runs around the yard playing with all of the dogs. He will get a toy and run off to get the other dogs to chase him, he is also kind of the babysitter if the bunch.
Thor was abandoned by his family, they moved and didn’t bring him with them. When he came to live with us on 1-1-2020. I was told by a different family member that he was about 2 1/2 years old at the time. He is a German Shepherd and loves it when someone throws his toy or stick for him to go get, over and over and over!
